Spicy chicken wings
These are so easy and delicious. You cook the wings first, then coat them in a spicy sauce. This recipe makes enough for a party but you’ll need to have plenty of napkins on hand!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 220 degree C. Grease a baking tray with oil and set aside.
  2. Take chicken, salt and pepper in a bowl. Toss well.
  3. Arrange it in a baking pan, pop it in oven and bake for 25 to 30 mins.
  4. Take butter or oil in a pan, add garlic and saute for a min.
  5. Add in chilli sauce, sugar and red chilli powder and mix well.
  6. Add salt to taste.
  7. Add the cooked chicken in this and mix well.
  8. Now set the oven to 250 degree C, in grill mode.
  9. Arrange the chicken back in the tray and grill for 5 to 6 mins.
  10. Serve.
