A dry squid preparation with mild chilli and garlic.

Instructions
  1. Heat a little oil in a wok (or large non-stick pan) until smoking. Then toss the squid for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add the chillies, garlic, lime juice, butter and coriander to the wok. Toss well and taste for seasoning.
  3. At the same time, blanch the bok choy in boiling water until just wilted. Drain well.
  4. To serve, place the bok choy in individual bowls and top with the squid and cooking juices.
