Instructions
  1. Add 2 tbsp of oil into a sauce pan and when the oil is hot, add in the onions and cook until they become soft
  2. Add the ground chicken, salt, garlic, clove and stir well until the meat is cooked
  3. Add the tomato paste, broth, cumin and cayenne and continue stirring
  4. Reduce the heat to low and cover the saucepan and let the chilli simmer and keep warm
  5. Cook the hot dogs according to packaged instructions
  6. Toast the hot dog bun in a pan with some butter
  7. Place the cooked hot dog inside the toasted bun, add mustard and top the hot dog with chili mixture and then with some shredded cheese
