Chicken with Chorizo and Potatoes
Grilled chicken legs served with roated baby potatoes and spicy chicken chorizo sausage.
Chicken thigh bone
Baby potatoes halved
Onions roughly chopped
Zest of orange
Preheat oven at 220°C. Rub the skin of the chicken in the oil, season with salt and place them in a baking dish, skin-side up.
Put the potatoes in it and sprinkle some salt on them. Add the onions, oregano and orange zest over the ingredients.
Reduce the temperature of the oven to 180ºC.
Place the dish in the preheated oven and cook for thirty minutes, basting with olive oil, occasionally.
Just before removing the dish from the oven, add the sausages in the dish and let it sizzle for a minute.
