Chicken liver fry recipe
Chicken liver fry is a simple stir fried liver fry sauteed using few basic spices and eaten plain or as a starter.

  1. Take all the spice powders in a bowl. Add some water and make into a paste.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add in the bayleaf, fennel seeds, cinnamon and saute for a min.
  3. Add in onions, garlic, green chillies and saute for a min.
  4. Add in some salt and mix well.
  5. Now make a small space in the pan and add the spice mixture in and mix well till it gets cooked and oil separates from it.
  6. Now mix the spices with the onions.
  7. Now add in the liver and saute for 3 mins till it gets seared.
  8. Pour half cup of water and cover the pan.
  9. Cook for 5 to 10 mins till the liver is cooked.
  10. Now open the pan and increase the heat to a high and cook till all the water evaporates.
  11. Once it turns dry, add coriander leaves and some lemon juice.Toss well.
  12. Serve with rice.
