Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, dry spices and let it marinate for 1/2 hour.
  2. For the curry, heat oil in a pan.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf and dry red chillies and let them crackle for a few seconds.
  4. Add onion and fry until slightly browned.
  5. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry until onion is nicely browned.
  6. Add tomato & cook for 4-5 minutes until it becomes paste.
  7. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, Chiken Masala and salt to taste and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Add marinated chicken and cook on high heat for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Add curd & 1 tsp ghee and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  10. Serve hot with Chapati or Roti.
