This classic brandy cocktail may be a little complex if you just look at the ingredients but Imbibe has broken it down pretty well so we beginners can try it out too.
Chicago Cocktail: Cognac, Cointreau & Bitters
Prepare the glass by rubbing a lemon slice around the rim and dipping it in superfine sugar.
Combine the brandy, Cointreau and bitters in mixing glass with ice. Stir, strain into a glass and top with sparkling wine.
