One of the cheesiest casseroles you’ll ever meet. Cheese and potatoes were meant to be.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9×13″ baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, place thawed hash browns with 1/2 cup of the melted butter, pepper, salt, and chopped onion and combine.
  3. Add in the soup and sour cream, then the cheddar cheese, mixing everything well. Spread mixture evenly into the greased baking dish
  4. Mix remaining melted butter and corn flakes together and sprinkle over top.
  5. Bake uncovered, for 50 to 60 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
