  1. Heat the oil in a wok over a high flame, add the cauliflower, carrots, celery, spring onion whites and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Heat the stock, add the sautéed vegetables, tomato pieces, lettuce and salt and allow it to come to a boil. Add the noodles and switch off the flame.
  3. Pour into a large serving bowl.
  4. Serve immediately with chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
