  1. Take curd in a bowl and whip well.
  2. Add the grated carrot, chili, coriander leaves and salt and mix well.
  3. Heat ghee in a tempering pan and add the tempering ingredients. Heat till the mustard seeds and cumin crackle.
  4. Pour the tempering over the raita.
  5. Serve.
Recipe Notes

Add half a teaspoon of red chili powder for a spicier raita.
