carrot pudding is a simple dessert that resembles almost no dessert you find in the western world. Carrots grated very fine, are stew in milk and then spiced with the typical warmth of India. Finally cherry and cashews are folded in like jewels waiting to be discovered.

Instructions
  1. Chop carrot into nicer pieces by a chopper.
  2. Heat a nonstick pan and fry the carrot by spreading sugar over it.
  3. Melt china grass in 2 cups of water in a vessel over heat.
  4. Boil milk in another vessel.
  5. Add the melt china grass and milkmaid into it.
  6. Add chopped carrot into this mixture and stir thoroughly.
  7. Pour the mixture in a pudding tray and decorate with cherries and cashew nuts.
  8. Place this into the refrigerator and cool it.
  9. Serve it cool by cutting into square pieces.
