Champagne can be a bit daunting, especially if you’re not a seasoned drinker. Here’s a unique way to whip up a champagne martini which combines the bitter notes of coffee and sweet champagne notes. Courtesy of Mix That Drink, all you need is some coffee-flavoured vodka and “champagne that isn’t bad”.

  1. Pour the vodka into a chilled cocktail glass. Fill the glass the rest of the way with champagne and stir gently. Garnish it with a coffee bean or a sugar rim.
