All of us could use a bit of motivation to get up from the bed from the everyday. And that’s why the universe gave us buttermilk pancakes! The familiar smell of butter and the sight of crispy pancakes will have you jumping out the bed!
Buttermilk Pancake Recipe
First, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl, and set it aside.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, buttermilk and butter. Add the flour mixture to this, and combine them well.
Melt 1/4 teaspoon of butter on a nonstick skillet. Dollop 1/2 cup batter onto skillet. Cook pancakes until bubbles rise to the surface and pop, about 2 minutes. Carefully flip pancakes and cook for another 2 minutes.`
