• ७५० ग्राम चिकेन, बारीक कटा हुआ व आधा पका हुआ
• ३ कप पका हुआ चावल
• २-३ बड़े चम्मच तेल
• १/४ कप मक्खन
• २-३ हरी मिर्च, चिरा हुआ
• २-३ बड़े चम्मच अद्रक, बारीक कटा हुआ
• १ जावित्र
• ३-४ इलाईची
• ३-४ प्याज़, बारीक कटे हुआ
• १ बड़ा चम्मच लेहसुन-अद्रक का पेस्ट
• ३ कप टमाटर प्यूरी
• १ छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
• १.५ छोटा चम्मच गरम मसाला पाउडर
• १/२ छोटा चम्मच कसूरी मेथी
• २ बड़े चम्मच मलाई
• १ बड़ा चम्मच शहद
• २ बड़े चम्मच धनिया पत्ती
• ८-९ पुदीना पत्ती
• १ कप प्याज़, तला हुआ
• ३-४ बड़े चम्मच घी
• २ छोटे चम्मच केवड़ा जल
• नमक स्वाद अनुसार

Instructions

1. एक नौन स्टिक पैन में घी और मक्खन गरम करके उसमे हरी मिर्च और अद्रक को लगभग आधे मिनट के लिए तलें।
2. इसमें इलाईची व जावित्र डाल कर १ मिनट के लिए भुनें; फिर बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज़ मिलाकर अच्छी तरह भुन लें।
3. अब लेहसुन-अद्रक का पेस्ट डाल कर १ मिनट तलें और फिर टमाटर प्यूरी व लाल मिर्च पाउडर डाल कर अच्छी तरह मिला लें और ८-१० मिनट के लिए पकाँए।
4. गरम मसाला पाउडर, कसूरी मेथी, व नमक अच्छी तरह मिलाकर २-३ मिनट के लिए पकाँए।
5. इस मसाले को एक कढ़ाई में डाल लें और धीमी आँच पर चिकेन, मलाई व शहद डाल कर मिलाँए।
6. १.५ कप चावल चिकेन पर डाललें और उस पर बचा हुआ अद्रक, १ बड़ा चम्मच धनिया पत्ती, पुदीना, गरम मसाला, और आधा कप तला हुआ प्याज़ डाल दें। अब ईस पर बाकी बचा हुआ चावल डाल कर बचे हुए मसाले डालें और घी व केवड़ा जल डाल कर १५-२० मिनट के लिए पकाँए।
7. परोसें।
