Instructions
  1. Set the oven pre-heated to 190 degree Celsius. Keep a baking dish greased and ready.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together butter, cottage cheese and eggs. Whisk in the corn bread mix into the mixture in the bowl. Add the broccoli, onion and cheddar and fold them in.
  3. Pour the batter into a baking dish and top with more cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for about 35-40 minutes. Test with the toothpick trick. This means the bread is ready to be served. Let it cool for 10 minutes, Slice and serve.
