Instructions
  1. Set the oven to 375 degrees to preheat.
  2. Slowly and gently, slice off the top ¼ to ⅓ of the apples.
  3. Scoop out the core using one of those tiny scoops.
  4. Then, use a sharp knife to make two, deep circular cuts around the center of the apple.
  5. Turn the apple over and slice narrow vertical cuts all the way around the apple.
  6. Flip the apples and place them in an oven safe dish and put two caramel cubes in the center of each apple.
  7. Put butter and brown sugar in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir slightly and continue heating for 30 seconds.
  8. Remove and stir in flour and cinnamon. Spoon the mixture on the top of both apples.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Peep in on them after the first 20 minutes.
  10. Remove and lift the apples carefully into bowls.
  11. Drizzle with more caramel and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
