Ingredients

• 1/2 Cup butter
• 1 Cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 4 bananas Ripe
• 11/2 Cups flour
• 1 Teaspoon baking soda
• 1 Teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Cream together butter and sugar.
3. Add eggs and crushed bananas.
4. Combine well. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla.
5. Mix just until combined. Do not overmix.
6. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
