  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees celsius. Grease and flour a cake tin.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan.
  3. Add sugar and water, stir until sugar completely gets dissolved. Let it cool
  4. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa in a mixing bowl.
  5. Add the chocolate mixture and fold gently.
  6. Fold in the eggs and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture into the cake tin and bake for 1 hour
  7. Let it cool completely and then cut in half.
  8. Add the chocolate for the ganache and cream to a saucepan and cook over medium heat.
  9. Blend well until mixture is smooth
  10. Refrigerate for 20-30 mins till thick.
  11. Spread a layer of the ganache on the bottom half of the cake. Top the upper half and spread another layer over.
  12. Top with chocolate sprinkles.
  13. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and serve.
