Banjara Gosht
Cooked with simple masalas, but the mutton curry is simply delicious.
  1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add bay leaves, cloves, black peppercorns and red chillies and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add onions and sauté till translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add cooked mutton along with the stock and mix well.
  5. Adjust salt and mix well. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and add yogurt and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Sprinkle crushed coriander seeds on top and mix well.
  7. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot
