  1. Mix flour, wheat flour, sugar, salt, and butter with the mashed banana.
  2. Add a little water and knead into a tough dough.
  3. Divide into approximately 10 balls and roll out into small discs of half-centimeter thickness.
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai.
  5. Fry puris, in batches of 2-3 puris, till golden brown.
  6. Drain and remove onto an absorbent paper.
  7. Serve.
