  1. Heat the butter and oil and sauté the whole spices.
  2. Add the mutton and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the bhuna masala and toss well.
  4. Pour in the water and cook for ten whistles.
  5. Take the lid off and stir in yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, green cardamom powder, garam masala powder, potatoes, saffron, rose water and salt.
  6. Add the rice to the cooker and add a little water.
  7. Cook for one whistle and then take out of the pressure cooker.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
