Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C
  2. Add some oil at the bottom of a baking dish
  3. Layer the cooked chicken at the bottom
  4. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat
  5. Add the red and green bell peppers and onion and cook for about 4 minute or until its softened
  6. Add this mixture on top of the chicken as the second layer
  7. Sprinkle the cheese on top of this layer
  8. In a bowl, add eggs and milk and whisk them until combined thoroughly
  9. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir
  10. Pour this mixture on top of all the layers
  11. Bake in oven for 22-25 minutes or until set
  12. Remove from oven, cut into little square pieces and serve
