Baked Chicken Fingers With Honey Mustard Dipping Recipe

  1. Line a baking sheet with foil and preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Clean and cut the chicken into strips.
  3. In a plate, combine the panko crumbs, lemon zest, thyme, pepper and salt.
  4. Dip the chicken strips in eggs and panko. Follow these steps for the rest of the pieces too.
  5. Line the strips on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes and broil for another couple of minutes for a crisp exterior.
  7. In another bowl, mix together honey and mustard.
  8. For the green, toss them in olive oil and lemon juice. Season and serve with the chicken strips.
