  1. In a saucepan, add water and salt. Boil the pasta in the salted water for one minute.
  2. Separately, in a large skillet add one tablespoon of oil and the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and the bread crumbs. Stir occasionally. Let it cook for about 5 minutes
  4. Remove the mixture and set aside.
  5. In a bowl add eggs milk and parmesan cheese. Mix well
  6. In a pan add one tablespoon of olive oil
  7. Add the drained pasta(do not rinse) to the frying pan
  8. Stir and then add the egg mixture.
  9. Stir well until the eggs are cooked.
  10. Add the breadcrumb mixture and stir well.
  11. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  12. Serve hot and garnish with parmesan cheese.
