In the world of Avatar, the Air Nomads were known for their sweets, fruit pies and custard tarts. In honour of the Avatar cult, we're sharing a recipe for an apple and berry fruit pie.

Instructions
  1. Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Line a 9 inch pie plate with one half of the crust.
  3. Mix together the sugar, tapioca and cinnamon
  4. Stir in the blackberries and apple slices and gently toss.
  5. After 20 minutes, spoon the filling into the pastry lined pan.
  6. Cover with the top crust, trim and crimp, sealing the two crusts together.
  7. Cut a few slits into the top of the pie crust.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Cool on the wire rack and serve.
