“I thought I Slaw an Asian”
Calling all slaw lovers! You’ll never meet another slaw that’s as crunchy and not to mention, awesome as this.
  1. Whisk together the rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice, peanut butter and garlic until smooth.
  2. Pour over chicken and stir to combine. Set aside.
  3. Combine the Napa cabbage, red cabbage, sliced bell peppers, carrot and green onion and toss together.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a serving bowl and top with the vegetables. Toss until just combined.
  5. Season with extra soy sauce if needed and garnish with handful of sliced basil and fresh cilantro, serve immediately.
