Ingredients
- 1 छोटा चम्मच जैतून का तेल
- 1 कप बारीक कटा प्याज़
- 4 लहसुन की कलियाँ पिसी हुईं
- 3/8 कप रेड वाइन
- 1 बड़ा चम्मच चीनी
- 1 बड़ा चम्मच ताज़े बेसिल के पत्ते बारीक कटे हुए
- 1 छोटा चम्मच कूटी हुई लाल मिर्च के गुच्छे
- 2 बड़ा चम्मच टमाटर का गारा
- 1 बड़ा चम्मच नींबू का रस
- 1/2 छोटा चम्मच इटॅलियन सीज़निंग
- 1/4 छोटा चम्मच काली मिर्च
- 14.5 तोल छिले व कटे हुए टमाटर
- 2 बड़ा चम्मच बारीक कटा हुआ पार्सले

Instructions
- एक पॅन में मध्यम आँच पर तेल गरम करें.
- इसमें प्याज़ और लहसुन मिला कर पाँच मिनिट तक पकाएं.
- अब पॅन में रेड वाइन, चीनी, बेसिल, लाल मिर्च, टमाटर का गारा, नींबू का रस इटॅलियन सीज़निंग, काली मिर्च व टमाटर डाल कर अच्छे से मिलायें.
- उबाल आने पर आँच को कम करके सॉस को हल्की आँच पर 15 मिनिट तक पकने दें.
- आख़िर में पार्सले डाल कर उबले हुए पास्ता के उपर डाल कर परोसें.
