Instructions
  1. Mix together all the ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for about an hour, uncovered, or until the chutney has thickened.
  3. Pour into warm sterilized jars and seal.
  4. Serve immediately or after a few days (tastes better).
