Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a kadhai and splutter the jeera.
  2. Add the boiled, peeled and roughly cubed potatoes.
  3. Add dhaniya powder, chat masala, red chili powder and salt. Mix well and fry for 2 minutes. Keep aside.
  4. Knead the dough and keep aside for 20 minutess.
  5. Then knead again, and divide into 9 or 10 equal sized balls, roll it out into a slightly thick roti.
  6. Roast both sides on a pan without browning it too much. Prepare all the rotis and keep aside.
Assembling the roll
  1. Take one roti, spread a teaspoon of green chutney first.
  2. Then add the prepared potato, cheese, and ketchup on top of it.
  3. Lastly add the chopped onion.
  4. First fold in from the sides, and then fold up from the bottom to cover the stuffing and roll.
  5. Sprinkle a little bit of cheese towards the end. Toast with ghee it if needed.
  6. Serve.
