Simple yet Delectable!
Have a bowl of hot aloo jeera with some chapatis for a simple, delicious meal.
  1. Heat the oil in a pan
  2. Add the cumin seeds to the hot oil
  3. Sautee them until they splutter
  4. Add the chopped green chillies and fry for a minute
  5. Add the potato and stir well so they become coated with the cumin seeds and green chillies
  6. Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt
  7. Sautee the potatoes for two minutes
  8. Add the lemon juice and coriander leaves and stir into the potatoes
  9. After a minute, remove the potatoes from the stove
  10. Spoon them into a serving bowl
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
