Instructions
  1. firstly, in a large kadai heat oil and add mustard seeds, jeera, crushed coriander seeds, hing and few curry leaves.
  2. allow to splutter.
  3. further add broken cashews and roast to golden.
  4. additionally saute chopped onions, ginger and chilli.
  5. furthermore add in turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt. saute.
  6. now add in boiled and mashed potato mix well.
  7. additionally, add in coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  8. prepare the besan batter.
  9. also make a ball from the prepared aloo masala.
  10. further, dip into besan batter and deep fry in hot oil.
  11. fry till the bonda turns golden and crisp.
  12. finally, serve aloo bonda along with chutney or tomato sauce.
