Instructions
  1. Peel the mangoes, remove the core and chop the fruit.
  2. In a blender, puree the mango and sugar (optional).
  3. Add the dry ginger powder, saffron, or cardamom powder if you want your aamras to be slightly flavoured.
  4. Give a final stir and serve.
