The Good Shepherd
Yummy shepherd’s pie that will ensure bowls are licked clean.
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Mash potatoes. Stir in 1 cup light cream and stick of butter.
  2. Sauté onions in a skillet, with heated olive oil until brown and then add meat.
  3. Cook meat fully and season with salt pepper and paprika to taste.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  5. In a 9×11 baking dish, spread a layer of meat, then creamed style corn and potato. Repeat this layering process topping with the cooked frozen corn.
  6. Make sure you end with the potato layer. Sprinkle a pinch of paprika for more flavour.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to settle down and serve hot.
