Rava fish fry is an Indian fried fish dish especially popular in the coastal regions of Maharashtra and Goa. Fish is coated in rava or semolina or sooji and then deep fried.
A variety of fish fillets can be used in this recipe; surmai tastes lovely as does basa, salmon and pomfret.
