Quick egg masala curry

Egg recipes can be great at any time of the day,This is a quick and yummy egg recipe which is loved by all .Try this egg recipe for a speedy, protein-packed side dish any time of the day for breakfast, lunch, or even dinner. 

Preparation time – 5 min

Cooking time – 10 min

Serves – 2

Ingredients – 

Egg – 3 no’s

Sambar powder – 1 tsp

Turmeric powder – 1 pinch

Coriander leaves – 1 tsp finely chopped

Salt to taste

Oil – 2 tsp

How to make egg masala –

Add 2 cup of water in a pan immerse egg in it and boil for 5 to 8 min,add 1/4 tsp of salt.When it is done remove from the flame, add cold water ,remove boiled egg from the shell and set aside.

Cut egg into half and keep ready

Heat a shallow pan by adding oil in it ,when it is hot add sambar powder,turmeric powder and salt to taste

crumble for a while make a low flame

Arrange egg on it and cook for 2 min in a low flame

Turn to other side gently, cook for a minute.

Remove from the flame, add  finely chopped coriander leaves on it and enjoy as a side dish or as an appetizer.
