QSR Chain Rollacosta Plans To Expand


Rollacosta, a QSR chain which focuses on shawarmas, rice dishes, pastas, sandwiches, salads and ‘rollas’ plans to open 50 more stores across India by the end of 2017.

All About Rollacosta

Rollacosta was launched in 2012 by Manav Shital and Niti Agrawal. Fare at Rollacosta is made using fresh vegetables without any added preservatives or flavours. The Rollacosta menu includes items like Jain Shawarma, Mushroom Paneer Shawarma, Oyster Chicken Shawarma, Hummus, Thunder Paneer Kheema Rollas, Egg Rollas and Wildfire Chicken Rollas.

Rolling Towards Expansion

Rollacosta already has a presence in 20 cities and plans to open more than 50 stores by the end of 2017. It has taken on board a collection of experienced chefs to develop their menu.


Rollacosta will be focusing on new restaurant designs with niche seating areas as well as an app and call center for all India orders.
