Prawn Fry Recipe

Fishy is good!

If you can’t take yourself on a trip to Kerala for Christmas, may we suggest you have the second best thing? A plate of steaming hot, spicy Kerala prawns that take ten minutes to make and are warming for the winter.

Kerala prawns are traditionally spicy, but you can adjust the spices according to your preferences. Serve these prawns as a starter to a South Indian meal or with some appams during the main course.
