Prateik Babbar Launches Restaurant In Goa

on

Planning to visit Goa this holiday season? There’s a new place in town that you must check out. And the place is owned by a swanky Bollywood star, no less! Shortly after celebrating his 31st birthday last month, actor Prateik Babbar has treated us with a brand new all-day bistro called Morgan’s Page in Goa.

The restaurant, which boasts of a fantastical Alice In Wonderland theme, is Babbar’s second venture in the hospitality sector. His first business, Dharamsala, which is located in Himachal Pradesh’s Dharamshala city, has been quite a hit among locals and tourists alike.

Birthday Treat For All

“This birthday I wanted to do something different rather than just throwing a big bash and getting wasted. So I decided to work on my restaurant business along with my partner Bala Murugan. After opening up the first restaurant in Dharamsala earlier this year, we got a five-star rating in no time and felt the need to launch another restaurant,” Babbar was quoted.

Picking Goa as his second city came quite naturally to the Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na actor, who cherishes Goa almost like a “second home”.

“Goa is like second home to me, I have some great memories there when it comes to food, music and dance and since there is a lot of international influx, it poses as a perfect venue. We had a trial run five days ago and now we are fully running,” he added.

Prateik Babbar will be seen next on the big screen starring in director Anubhav Sinha’s upcoming movie Mulk.
