The hot months are equivalent to cool food, juicy berries, fibrous greens, and nature’s candy, melons (you probably are either munching on them, now or have some stored away in the fridge for later). And while we are aware that cucumber and zucchini also come under the scientific classification of melons but would you cube them up and eat them on a hot summer day (cucumber maybe, but not zucchini!)? That leaves us with broadly four kinds of melons that most of us would find in the market – watermelon, muskmelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew. Though each of these four is a melon, they all differ greatly from each other on the basis of look, taste, texture, and so on. So, needless to say, everyone will have preferences at the fruit market.
