Whether you are getting into a healthier lifestyle or simply want to shake up your juicing game, you should definitely not sleep on parsley juice and its numerous health benefits. Read on to learn about what this herb can provide and how you can make your own delectable beverage.

What Parsley Juice Has to Offer

Parsley is a type of plant usually found in the Mediterranean, with the two most common types being the Italian flat-leaf parsley and the French curly-leaf variety. Despite being relatively small in size, these are chock-full of nutrients, including vitamins A, C, K, folate, and potassium.

Unbeknownst to many, parsley and its juice contains a high level of vitamin K, which is essential for boosting bone health and to aid in blood clotting. It is also a great source of antioxidants, making it a great tool to fight against inflammation.

This can reduce arthritis pain, as well as the risk of other diseases, such as cancer, Alzheimer’s, and even Parkinson’s. This can also protect the heart from certain diseases, especially with its folate content.

Folate can help lower the homocysteine in the body, a kind of amino acid whose high levels have been linked with higher risks of heart disease.

Healthy for Skin

Lastly, it is also great for the skin. Its vitamin C content helps promote collagen production in the body, making skin look taut and younger. This can also boost skin regeneration
