Nestle India will be launching Maggi atta and oats noodles tomorrow exclusively on Snapdeal. To purchase the noodles, customers have to pre-register with Snapdeal today and participate in the sale between 10 am and 3 pm tomorrow.
Snapdeal and Maggi
After the Maggi ban was lifted, Snapdeal hosted a flash sale of the Masala variety of the noodles in November. This sale was wildly successful; 60,000 Maggi kits were sold out in 5 minutes.
The Maggi kit included 12 packets of Maggi, a 2016 Maggi calendar, a Maggi fridge magnet, Maggi post cards and a ‘Welcome Back’ letter.
Re-launching Atta & Oats Noodles
Following a similar model, Snapdeal will be selling Maggi Atta & Oats Kits, which include 4 packs of atta noodles, 4 packs of oats noodles, 2 bowls and a Maggi branded diary. Each kit will be available for Rs. 176.
For a customer to participate in the sale, they have to register with Snapdeal – registrations are open until 11 PM today. Tomorrow, between 10 am and 3 pm they can place orders for the kits. Snapdeal is offering free shipping for the first 20,000 orders.
Following the preview sale, the noodles will be available for all customers on Snapdeal. Nestle India will also begin distrubuting the noodles to stores and other platforms in time.
Commenting on the re-launch Tony Nivain, the Senior Vice President – Partnerships and Strategic Initiatives of Snapdeal said “We are thrilled to bring back another popular variant of MAGGI for our customers. With increasing consciousness around health among people, these Maggi variants were much awaited. We are confident that the exciting ‘MAGGI Atta & Oats Kit’ along with Snapdeal’s seamless user experience and quick delivery, will be a great success among our customers across the country.”
