Meet the Sambuca Fire and Ice and you’ll never meet another

It’s New Years’ and we’d like to introduce you Fire and Ice

And what’s so special about this must-have New Year’s drink you ask? Only that it’s whack-out awesome. 

Fire and ice, from Italy, happens when a shot glass or other small, clear glass is filled partially with clear or “white” Sambuca anise-flavored liqueur (the ice) and topped with three, and only three, coffee beans. Now that’s extravagant. 

It serves as the perfect shot, doubles up as something for a boozy brunch and makes Italy proud by being their favourite drink. Drink to that!
