Sabudana vade also called 'sago vade’ is a traditional deep fried snack from Maharashtra. The light and crisp sabudana vada is not only fun to eat but also a preferred fasting food during Navaratiri.
Instructions
  1. Sago to be soaked for three hours.
  2. Potatoes to be boiled,peeled and mashed.
  3. Roasted peanuts to be pulsed in a mixer.
  4. Finely chopped coriander and green chillies.
  5. Mix all ingredients together. Shape into balls, about the size of a large lemon and flatten them slightly.
  6. Deep fry them in hot oil. Serve hot!
