Masala Soda

  • Kokum sherbet – 2tsp.
  • Crushed black peppercorns – a pinch
  • Rock salt – ½ tsp.
  • Lemon juice – 1tsp
  • Crushed ice- As needed
  • Chilled Drinking Soda – 1 cup
  • Fresh Mint Leaves -For garnishing.

1. Combine the kokum sherbet, rock salt, crushed peppercorns, lime juice and crushed ice cubes in a glass jar and stir to mix well.
2. Pour it in a glass.
3. Top up a glass with soda and stir well.
4. Garnish with torn fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
