- Kokum sherbet – 2tsp.
- Crushed black peppercorns – a pinch
- Rock salt – ½ tsp.
- Lemon juice – 1tsp
- Crushed ice- As needed
- Chilled Drinking Soda – 1 cup
- Fresh Mint Leaves -For garnishing.
1. Combine the kokum sherbet, rock salt, crushed peppercorns, lime juice and crushed ice cubes in a glass jar and stir to mix well.
2. Pour it in a glass.
3. Top up a glass with soda and stir well.
4. Garnish with torn fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
