France has always been known for its wines! Get yourself, the choicest of the French wines on their MRP rates at the ‘MRP Wine Night’ (7:00 pm Onwards)  or indulge in a love affair with french truffles, with the ‘Truffle making workshop’(7:30 pm to 9:30pm) by Bon Vivant. You can also sign up for the ‘Wine and Cheese Pairing Workshop’ (8:30 pm- 10.00pm) where we have the experienced Sweta Mohanty- wine connoisseur conducting the wine pairing workshop with the best of Aspri’s White and Red wines, and brie, camembert, homemade chevere and ash washed cheese.

    Wine and cheese pairing workshop and similar events are actually very interesting and I’ve participated in a lot of them in the last few years. There are a variety of wines available, so are the cheeses and hence the perfect pairing or combinations become essential in order to get a wonderful experience. Montasioare or Grand Padano for example, go perfectly with well aged reds such as Barolo, Barbaresco or Taurasi.
