Lost Recipes Of India By The Great Kebab Factory

The next time you are taking a trip to The Great Kebab Factory, make sure that you skip breakfast and lunch. So that you have enough space for all the kebabs they have. Lost Recipes Of India by The Great Kebab Factory, Raddison Blu, Chennai was a search to find recipes that are no longer found on any recipe books or not even on the internet, The master-chefs at TGKF searched thoroughly through the folk and lore to find the hidden culinary traditions of India.

Held from 9th of August to 20th of August, the chefs at TGKF  put forward dishes that were cooked to perfection. With a wide variety of kebabs in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian categories, no one will ever walk out of the restaurant feeling hungry for the next two days. And that’s exactly what good food does to you!

The non-vegetarian menu includes Gosh Galouti, Murgh E Kuhumbani Tangri, Tawa Sarson Machhi Kabab, Kastoori Murgh Tikka, Gosht Silbatta Ke Kebab, Achari Jhinga. Gosh Galouti, a favourite among the customers is famous throughout the city for the distinct flavour that one gets only at The Great Kebab Factory. For the vegetarian side, the Gulabi Paneer Tikka was our favourite. Subz Galouti, Dalcha Ke Kebab, Mewadi Dum Aloo, Malai Broccoli, Phal Ka Majma are the rest of the vegetarian Kebabs available. The restaurant is also known for their biriyani and distinctly flavoured desserts like Paan Kulfi.

The chef at TGKF  takes pride in the spices they use. Known to everyone by serial numbers, these are TGKF’s best-kept secret. Also, they choose only the finest products for their dishes. For example, the paneer that is used in the restaurant is brought from Delhi. Nothing ever compromises the quality of the food that is served at the restaurant.

With delicious kebabs that will make you go weak in the knees, it’s no wonder why the restaurant’s tagline is “Where The Kabab is King”! We completely agree with that.

So, if you are ready to fill your stomach with an endless amount of delicious food, The Great Kebab Factory is the right place to be!
