Food can tell stories. Food creates new memories and rekindles old ones. This is what Lore: a brand new concept in restaurants believes in. A pop-up concept created by Atria group in association with the Tijouri Restaurant, Lore brings Indian cuisine to the next level.
Starring Chef Johnson Ebenzer the celebrated chef from NADODI (Kuala Lumpur) and Chef Mythrayie who honed her skills in Noma (Copenhagen). These culinary wizards have cleverly crafted a 7-course tasting menu with wine and cocktails keeping nostalgia and locavorism as the central theme for this degustation menu
“Lore is inspired from folklore. It is is the art of storytelling through food, which encapsulates nostalgia and transcends to an eclectic cuisine.” says Kaushik Raju. An entrepreneur and restaurateur, who helped bring the Radisson Blu Atria brand to Bengaluru city.
Here, chefs Johnson and Mythrayie will create unique dishes and combinations that will turn the idea of Indian cuisine on its head, and give foodies of Bangalore a never before experience. Lore will be open on the 26th of April at the Tijouri, Radisson Blu Atria Bengaluru.
