  1. Get a food processor and add toasted pecans, sugar for crust, cinnamon, and graham crackers in it. Turn on the food processor until everything is mixed perfectly.
  2. Add unsalted butter (melted) in the mixture and use a spoon to mix it.
  3. Get a springform pan and move the crust into it. Adjust the crust on the sides by using glass. Press the crust as much as possible to get the best result after baking.
  4. Preheat an oven at 350 Fahrenheit and bake the crust for about 10 minutes. Set it aside.
  5. Mix the sugar, salt, and cream cheese (room temperature) with a hand mixer.
  6. Pour down the sour cream (room temperature) in the mixture until smooth.
