On the occasion of Global Wellness Day, Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore is hosting a special Art of Well Being session in collaboration with Dhyaana School of Wellbeing, on 8th June, 2019, Saturday, at 9:30 am. This special session will celebrate the brand’s three pillars of well-being namely, Feel (Meditation), Fuel (Food, sleep) and Function (Yoga).
The mindfulness session will be hosted by Mr. Gopi Krishnaswamy, a senior executive turned mindfulness meditation teacher and Zen practitioner. Gopi comes from Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh’s school of mindfulness and teaches at Dhyaana as well as at corporates across the globe. The yoga and mindfulness session will be followed by a wholesome healthy meal from Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore’s new wellness menu for a perfect closure to this wellness session.
