The patisserie offerings at Yauatcha draw their inspiration from Chinese ingredients but are presented in a classic European fashion. The menu features an array of macarons, petit gateaux and gateaux. On Saturday, 24th August Patisserie Chef; Chef Bala of Yauatcha, Bengaluru will take you through a step by step process and will show you how to create three amazingly delicate and decadent looking desserts. In this masterclass, he will also pass on some unique hacks and tips while he teaches you how to make: Chocolate Pebble, Honeycomb Ice cream and Raspberry Macarons.
The masterclass will be followed by a tasting of the desserts and will be accompanied by some dim sum and tea.
